Bigger isn't always better
Many providers sell 200,000+ VODs as a feature. In practice, bloated playlists are the leading cause of app crashes and sluggish menus on streaming devices.
- Overloads device memory
- Slows down app navigation
Why does my app crash when I load a huge playlist?
Massive playlists (100,000+ VODs) need a lot of device memory to parse. Loading them on older smart TVs or low-storage streaming sticks can cause lag, freezing or crashes. Bigger isn't always better.
Do more movies mean a better provider?
Not necessarily. Many budget panels inflate their numbers by duplicating the same movies and channels in several languages or qualities. You pay for clutter, not quality.
Can this scanner check video quality (4K, 1080p)?
No. It counts the library the server reports. Real picture quality and buffering depend on the provider's bandwidth and source files, which a library count can't measure.
Why does a count show N/A?
The provider's panel didn't return that list within the time limit, or doesn't offer it on your plan. Try again; overloaded panels often answer on the second attempt.
