Privacy Policy

IPTV Checker (iptvchecker.app) is operated by GenZ K Ltd, trading as Fast Forward Marketing. We are the data controller for the information described below. Contact: contact@genzk.ltd.

There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address or payment details, and we don't set advertising or tracking cookies.

When you check a line, our server queries that provider's panel to read the status, expiry date, connection limits and, for the Content Analyzer, library size. The result is shown in your browser.

We keep a log of every check. Each record contains:

• the full link you checked, including the server address, username and password it contains;
• the result (for example Active, Expired or Invalid) and the expiry date reported by the panel;
• which tool you used (Line Checker, Content Analyzer or Troubleshooter);
• your IP address and the country your request came from;
• the date and time of the check.

We use this log to produce service statistics, to detect and block abuse (such as automated or repeated checking of other people's accounts), and to improve the tool. We don't sell it, and we don't use the credentials it contains to access any service. If you'd prefer your password not to remain in our records, ask your provider to change it after checking, or contact us to have your entries deleted.

The log is stored in a database that isn't publicly readable and is accessible only to our administrators. Your IP address is also used briefly in memory to rate-limit excessive requests. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes request data including IP addresses in its own server logs for security and reliability, under its own data processing terms.

We use Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database for the check log and site content). Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to Google Fonts.

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving a free tool. Check records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

Some pages link to third-party services, including a recommended IPTV provider. Some of these are partner links and we may earn a commission. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). To request a copy or deletion of your check records, email us with the link or username you checked so we can find them.
